A two bedroom, two storey house located on a quiet cul-de-sac with parking, a short distance from the centre of town. The house dates from 1920, but has since then been partly reformed and modernised. Entering from the street one comes into a front room, then a long narrow kitchen with to one side a staircase to the upper floor, and under the stairs a w.c. At the back is a (bed)room with a fireplace. On the first floor is a long living room with two skylights, with, at the street end, a bedroom, and at the other end a shower room/w.c. From the living room wooden steps lead up to a small attic space.
